1. Fill up this form and attach 2 latest photos of the baby – Whole body, Close up and must be high resolution

2. Wait for the Screening and Photoshoot Schedule once your baby qualifies. Venue will be in Quezon city or Paranaque City. Exact location, date & time will be sent via SMS or Viber message only to those who will qualify.

 

3. Babies will be featured at the Live Show broadcast every Sunday at 4pm at the Kulit Bulilit Kiddie Showtime on www.facebook.com/kulitbulilitTV and www.youtube.com/kulitbulilit wherein they can be watched by viewers around the world.

 

3. Grand Finals will be at a SM Mall. Date will be announced only to those who will be part of the contest.

 

4. Winners will get rewards and prizes. Cash Prizes, Digital Commercial for Baby Products, Endorsements , Press Releases, Print Ads and will be featured in the Catalogue of Baby products. Gift Prizes and Products from sponsors, and more prizes to be given away!
